1. What Are Chakras?

Chakras are energy vortexes in the body, each associated with different aspects of life:

🔴 Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Stability, grounding

🟠 Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) – Creativity, emotions

🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Confidence, willpower

🟢 Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Love, compassion

🔵 Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Communication, truth

🟣 Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Intuition, wisdom

⚪ Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Spiritual enlightenment

When these chakras are blocked, you may experience stress, confusion, or emotional imbalance. Meditating on chakras helps restore balance and unlocks your full potential.

2. How to Meditate on Chakras (Step by Step)

Step 1: Find a Quiet Space & Sit Comfortably

➡ Choose a calm place where you won’t be disturbed.

➡ Sit cross-legged or on a chair with a straight spine.

Step 2: Close Your Eyes & Take Deep Breaths

➡ Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly.

➡ Do this 5-10 times to relax your mind and body.

Step 3: Focus on One Chakra at a Time (Bottom to Top)

➡ Start from the Root Chakra (base of the spine) and move upwards.

➡ As you focus on each chakra, visualize a glowing light at that point.

➡ Chant the Bija Mantra while focusing on each chakra:

1️⃣ Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Chant “LAM” (Red light)

2️⃣ Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) – Chant “VAM” (Orange light)

3️⃣ Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Chant “RAM” (Yellow light)

4️⃣ Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Chant “YAM” (Green light)

5️⃣ Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Chant “HAM” (Blue light)

6️⃣ Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Chant “OM” (Indigo light)

7️⃣ Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Silent awareness (Violet light)

➡ Pause for a few moments after reaching the Crown Chakra.

Step 4: Come Back from Top to Bottom

➡ Now, start moving your focus downward from the Crown Chakra back to the Root Chakra.

➡ Chant the same Bija mantras in reverse order:

7️⃣ Crown Chakra – Silent awareness

6️⃣ Third Eye Chakra – “OM”

5️⃣ Throat Chakra – “HAM”

4️⃣ Heart Chakra – “YAM”

3️⃣ Solar Plexus Chakra – “RAM”

2️⃣ Sacral Chakra – “VAM”

1️⃣ Root Chakra – “LAM”

➡ When you reach the Root Chakra, pause and feel your energy fully balanced.
